AUB TAMAM team organized a gathering and session for TAMAM private school teams, Jan. 20-22, 2012

A group of teachers and principals from private schools in Lebanon, Jordan, and KSA, university representatives from Oman and Bahrain, along with representatives from the Arab Thought Foundation and a ministry representative from Lebanon, all gathered on January 20-21, 2012 for a meeting on the TAMAM AUB Project titled, "Leading Change in Schools: Challenges Faced and Lessons Learned." On the first day, the private school teams updated the participants on their progress, followed by discussions and reflections, while in the second day, the TAMAM AUB team discussed the challenges faced by schools while they are expanding within their schools and they worked together to come up with ways to address their challenges. Moreover, a session was given to the school teams titled "Narrative Inquiry" on January 22nd in preparation for the TAMAM book.
